Lawson Applications Support Representative

Typical Responsibilities:
This position requires working closely with internal Lawson users on issue resolution and ongoing maintenance. This person will document, investigate and resolve customer issues with Lawson applications, and will be closely involved in the patch and upgrade process.

Qualifications:
*4+ years experience supporting Lawson applications in a production environment.
*Close familiarity with all of Lawson?s interfaces (LID, XML, Portal).
*Ability to problem solve and interact effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
*Proven ability to design, define, and adhere to customer support processes.
*Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
