Position Objective: 

netASPx is looking for an energetic individual to provide functional Procurement expertise for its  Lawson Service Offerings.  The person will work with the technical team and project manager to implement Lawson solutions using netASPx?s  ?Rapid Implementation Methodology?.

 

Duties:

Key responsibilities for this position are listed below.  Other duties may be assigned as needed.

?  Contribute to execution and ongoing refinement of the Procurement implementation project plan

?  Ensure understanding of customers? business issues and processes through data collection and analysis

?  Propose solutions supported by detailed Lawson product knowledge

?  Identify the scope of the assignment, communicate needs and projected outcomes to the project manager and produce the desired outcome in the time allotted

?  Complete project assignments and tasks that support solutions provided

?  Actively participate in group/team processes to foster customer satisfaction and team success

?  Effectively document project status, processes, procedures and decisions

?  Maintain professional, successful customer relationships

?  Actively and regularly communicate status of project to stakeholders

?  Anticipate and avoid project problems.  However, when problems do arise, effectively seek and find resolution to issues/concerns.

?  Participate, as needed, in sales activities with Account Executives to further netASPx success in the marketplace.

?  Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the job



Required Qualifications/Experience:

The attributes listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, experience, or abilities deemed necessary to achieve success in this position.

?  2 or more years Lawson Application implementation/consulting experience

?  BA or BS degree

?  Significant business experience/background in Lawson Supply Chain/Procurement

?  Superior customer service orientation and focus

?  Excellent consultative, analytical and problem-solving skills

?  Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

 

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

?  Certification in Lawson Procurement suite

?  Data conversion, interface and modification experience

? Other ERP/software implementation experience (other than Lawson)

401(k) plan- through ADP, employees may contribute up to 15% of gross pay, pre-tax to their 401(k), up the IRS limit.

Flexible benefits account- put away portions of gross pay, completely pre-tax, to be spend on certain kinds of expenses that are allowed by IRS - Medical Spending Accounts and Dependent Care Accounts.

Long and short term disability -Available through Principal for full-time employees, paid 100% by the company.(Paid maternity leave is included)

Other leave - includes bereavement leave, military leave, leave for court appearance/jury duty and school activity/community service. Sick pay guidelines are 4 days/year.

Vacation policy - for first two years of service: 3 weeks per year, from two to five years: 4 weeks per year, after 5 years of service: 5 weeks per year.

Holidays - 11 paid holidays per year, three of them are floating days.

Tuition reimbursement - 80% reimbursement for up to 2 classes per semester for an A grade, 70% for a B and 50% for a C grade.
