Lead Peoplesoft HRMS Analyst

We are currently looking for a Peoplesoft Manager to join our Corporate HR team.

The incumbent will manage all aspects of PeopleSoft support for the Human Resources Department, which includes:

Functional knowledge (setup / troubleshoot) in:
Benefits Administration
o Bas Activity
o Open Enrollment
o Setups
Workforce Administration
Payroll
Recruiting
Training
Compensation
Security (pages and queries)
Self Service Modules
o ePAY
o eBenefits
o eProfile
Solid knowledge of backend tables, fields
Process Monitor
PS Query & SQL

Document processes and procedures regarding HRMS activities.
Manage PeopleSoft HRMS, which include:

Gather user requirements
Work with Technical resources
Prepare, coordinate and maintain project documents



Requirements:

Requirements:

Should have strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve process and business issues.
Must have prior experience in implementation, customization and enhancements to PeopleSoft.
Experience with gathering and documenting requirements and developing specifications for customizations/enhancements required.
Must have strong communication skills.
Thorough working knowledge of the entire SDLC, IT systems and processes, methodologies and their direct implementation to projects.
Experience in data gathering and facilitation techniques (i.e. meetings).
Strong business and systems analysis skills and experience with numerous environments and architectures.
Ability to manage a team of direct reports, as well as interact with end users and technical team.
