Lead Systems Analyst Communication Systems

Jafra Cosmetics Intenational, located in sunny Westlake Village, CA, currently seeks an experienced Lead Systems Analyst Communication Systems that will be responsible for leading the Change control process within the I/T Development Services department to achieve business objectives

 

In this role, you will lead and monitor the change request process for the short to medium duration projects (those less than 80 hours of programming time) and all VAX requests  for implementing technology to insure Jafra?s systems conform to optimal cost performance, business support, user functionality, maintainability, and quality objectives.  You will monitor the Information Services software development project plan for short to medium duration projects to insure that resources are properly allocated and business critical deadlines are met.  You will supervise software-testing processes to insure all systems function correctly and meet the user requirements.  You will lead and monitor the problem resolution process to meet agreed upon problem resolution times and escallate when necessary.  You will provide overall project management coordination and control between user, IS, and software vendors when outside vendors are involved in system replacements or enhancements.

 

We require that you posses B.S. in Computer Science or related degree from an accredited college or university.  A minimum of three to five years experience in conceptualizing, planning, designing, programming, implementing and maintaining significant information systems. Highly skilled interpersonal ability and ability to communicate orally or in writing. Ability to manage and control technical projects and deliverables.  Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.  Excellent analytical and communication skills.
