Lead Systems Integrator

Job Description

Major Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the CIS Application Manager, the Lead Programmer/System Integrator will provide application support services to internal PD clients Finance, Global Supply Chain and Maintenance.
* Under limited supervision, the Lead Programmer/System Integrator will plan, design, develop, test, coordinate, implement, support and enhance enterprise applications and technical solutions following defined quality and process guidelines.
* This position will work with PD business units and others within the Corporate Information Services Group (CIS) to research and determine business and systems requirements to address a wide range of complex business issues.
* The incumbent will advise clients on technical issues and develop technical and end-user operating instructions and procedures.
* Additionally, this position will analyze and develop process improvements and coordinate work efforts with other CIS functions to deliver integrated solutions.
* This position will exercise technical expertise in multiple areas, and may lead a team of Programmers/Systems Integrators, providing technical and management guidance including project management responsibilities.
* The incumbent may be required to perform management functions in the absence of the Manager.
* The Lead Programmer/System Integrator is expected to contribute at the highest level in all phases of the application development lifecycle.

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent work and educational experience
* Five (5) to seven (7) years progressing experience in applications development, integration and support
* Extensive knowledge of all phases of the software development life cycle
* Comprehensive experience working in technical organizations chartered with the creation and support of mission critical business application environments
* Expert in skills of IT design and development
* Expert in skills of IT post implementation support, requirements analysis, solution implementation, and testing
* Expert in skills of communication (oral and written) and influence/persuasion
* Expert in skills of teamwork and maturation/commitment
* Expert in skills of self management, confidence/stress tolerance, and integrity/dependability
* Expert in skills of problem solving and driving for results
* Expert in the skill of flexibility

Preferred Qualifications:
* Expert level Oracle relational database and SQL design
* Microsoft .Net development experience
* Major ERP system technical management
* Mincom Ellipse data structure and integration experience
* Demonstrated experience leading/managing small teams

Criteria/Conditions(specific background and skills):
* Position is in busy, non-smoking office located in downtown Phoenix, AZ.
* Location requires mobility in an office environment; each floor is accessible by elevator.
* Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk.
* Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 10 pounds ~cb~
