Duties:

? Work with users to provide first level support for all hardware, software
and network related issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

? Knowledge of desktop operating systems including Windows 2000, Windows XP
Professional, Windows 9x

? Experience and knowledge in working with the MS Office suite, pcAnywhere,
browser based applications, Lotus Notes client or MS Outlook email
client.

? Working knowledge of PC Hardware configurations and troubleshooting.

?
? Excellent written documentation skills
