Litigation Support Analyst
Our progressive, low-turnover, reputable South Jersey law firm is seeking candidates with a min of 2 years experience as a Litigation Support Analyst or general Litigation Paralegal handling large volume document collection, review and production. Must have experience with Concordance, Doculex, LiveNote, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and MSAccess; ability to import/export data into a variety of software packages; modify and/or design databases; and understand and implement various search techniques. Qualified candidates will also have experience with overall electronic data discovery collection, processing, review and production. Must be able to multi-task, have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate with attorneys, staff, clients and vendors. Evening and weekend hours as needed. More specifica responsibilities include:
1. Software/systems selection. (Programs used at AG are:
Doculex, Summation, Concordance, Introspect and various TIFF
manipulation utilities)
2. Database project design. Candidate should have some
knowledge of database creation and design, preferably in Summation. An
example would be understanding the proper scenarios in determining which
database form/table to use for a new database.
3. Scan/code/OCR for in-house job requests. (Doculex
Suite)
4. Vendor coordination for out-sourced job requests.

5. Routine database loading and maintenance. (Summation,
Concordance, Introspect)
6. Deposition Transcript management. (Summation)
7. Attorney/Paralegal support in performing database
searches and report generation
8. Document Production (Summation, Concordance,
Introspect), understanding of legal document numbering concepts,
tracking document production sets
9. Overall project management skills. Must be able to
take ownership of projects.
10. Ability to communicate technical issues in layman's
terms to attorneys, paralegals, staff
