The load balancer/network engineer must have 6 years of experience working with Cisco switches and routers and F5?s Big IP and 3DNS load balancers. The load balancer/network engineer must be proficient with all web-related technologies and how they should be load balanced. Must be able to work closely with the development teams to understand the application needs and configure the environment accordingly. The engineer must have a very solid understanding of disaster recovery and business continuity environments and be able to implement a robust global high availability service using F5?s 3DNS systems.

The load balancer/network engineer will implement redundant and high available network segments, configure routing and NAT, and other common network administration tasks as necessary.

This position requires routine on-call duties during non-business hours.

The position is location independent and virtual support can be provided with the understanding that there will be two trips required within the first 90 days of employment.
