Logistics EDI Systems Administrator

This position reports directly to the I.T. Manager and is responsible for the general and specific job duties of T.E.A.M. Systems as described below:

 

General Job Duties:

? To meet and maintain all customer quality standards as well as the standards of T.E.A.M. Systems.

 

Specific Job Duties:



? Participate in continuous improvement programs and activities to ensure meeting of departmental performance objectives.

? Setup new part numbers in Trans4M (MRP System)?cross reference tables and test fully before releasing to production.

? Manage EDI cums in the system - adjust and maintain daily.

? Manage EDI messages received and updated into Trans4M, resolve errors on a daily basis.

?  Work closely with Materials Department and customer contacts as necessary.

? Communicate with engineering, accounting, and quality to resolve part number issues related to setup in all T.E.A.M. Systems.

? Maintain Ship-to and Dock addresses in Trans4M.

? Reconcile and maintain customers? data in Trans4M.

? Customer ship calendar maintained.

? Create and maintain all EDI trading partnerships.

? Perform other duties as assigned.

 









Educational Requirements



? Associate?s Degree required.  Work related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.  Work experience combined with current schooling towards degree will be considered.

 

Related Work Experience



? Minimum three years experience in a fast paced work environment with scheduling and materials management responsibilities.

? Demonstrated computer, MS Windows and organizational skills.

? Experience with Trans4M (Infor/Agilisys/Brain) software a plus
