At Arnold Transportation Services, a recognized leader in the transportation industry, we are focused on growth and improvement.? We currently have an opening for a?Lotus Notes Administrator in our?Camp Hill, PA?corporate office.???This position requires an individual that is highly motivated, analytical, and technically competent.?Two to?five years of Domino Administration and Support experience in an enterprise environment is a must. Experience with Sametime and Blackberry is a plus. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills. Support is performed via the telephone, therefore?candidates must be able to be clearly understood when calling customers. It is imperative that this individual be a team player and be able to multi-task.? Candidates must?be willing to backup Network Analyst and PC Techs when problems arise and take on new challenges without hesitation. This individual will be required to support after hour activities such as on call support, upgrades and system restoration as needed.

Required Skills: Dependable person to follow standard operating procedures consistentlyExperience with mail routing, SMTP and DNS a plusBlackberry and Sametime troubleshooting experienceExperience with anti-span/anti-virus technologies required.Experience with multiple web server administration, Domino, IIS

Daily Work:Take calls / respond to escalated email issues

?Spam Management

?Project related work

?

ProjectsStreamline inbound/outbound infrastructure

?Increase use of Domino alerting mechanisms

?Address security audit points and open issues

?Ability to implement Notes Fax service and central message store.

Education and / or Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Ability to support a Sarbanes Oxley 404 environmentA degree in Computer Science is preferred or 5 years IT experience.Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and propose practical solutionsExcellent communication skills.Current Lotus Notes Administration certification.
