Administrator/Instructor
Silver Spring, Maryland

Responsibilities: Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing clinical application training. Analyze and evaluate current and future requirements, procedures and problems related to training users in Lotus Notes and the Employee Portal. Provide end-user support. Provide Lotus Notes administration support.


Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Two years related experience in healthcare environment. Experience in information systems training and documentation development. Strong communication and presentation skills. Competency in micro-computing. Strong interpersonal communication to effectively interface with internal/external customers. Customer service skills required.
