Qualifications:
Education
HS or GED required
AS or BS in IS related filed preferred

Experience

Five years IS management healthcare preferred

Description:
The Manager, Field Services is responsible for managing all Information Services
team members accountable for supporting desktop related functions at customer
locations BayCare-wide. This position will identify, qualify, secure, and manage
team members and subcontractors providing daily and on-call support services as
required. This position will ensure preventive and remedial maintenance activities,
moves, additions, changes, reporting, and deliverables conform to strict standards
of performance and that established Service Level Agreements, quality, and customer
satisfaction requirements are met. The Manager will create policies and processes
for planning, coordinating, defining and implementing standards for the
establishment of baseline image creation, software distribution, PC configuration,
and utilization access on the PC platform, as well as interim and long-term goals
and objectives to facilitate continuous improvement.
