MGR IS

Tyco Healthcare is looking for an individual who has Human Resources and Payroll application experience to provide leadership and knowledge from a global and US viewpoint. This position requires the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. The individual will be required to work closely with the business and Information Services staff to: organize an implementation team for a global human resources system, develop project requirements, define the project plan, and manage the on-going support of a US based Human Resources and Payroll application. International travel required (15-20% travel).

Requirements:

Undergraduate degree BS in Computer Science or Business Management
Expertise in human resources and payroll processes, practices, and operating policies
Strong Project Management experience
Experience implementing and supporting Human Resources and Payroll applications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum of five years project management experience
Solid employee management and development skills and demonstrated ability in fostering teamwork and creating a positive, productive work environment.
