MIS Support Analyst

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

- Provide PC/hardware support and installation for all users internal and external.

- Server maintenance and installation.

- Enterprise Anti-Virus and Data Backup system administration.

- Network Administration.

- Label system administration.

- Networking and level1 support for all printers.

- General application support.

Applicants should possess the following proven skills (minimum 1 year experience):

- Microsoft 2000/XP Professional and Microsoft 2000/2003 Server. Mac OS is a plus.

- Knowledge of productivity applications (MS Office, Adobe products)

- Working knowledge of TCP/IP network and switching equipment.

- Understanding of remote access technology (VPN, Remote Desktop).

- ERP and phone system knowledge is a plus.

All applicants must possess strong organizational skills and enjoy working in a fast paced, challenging, and very rewarding environment.
