MS Exchange Technician

Our client requires MS Exchange Technical Support resources to support a 1st Level Helpdesk and IT professionals at remote locations.  Will work with a team responsible for overall customer support and satisfaction with an international corporate electronic mail system including 30K + customers using Microsoft Exchange/Outlook Customers located in 40 domestic locations.  Will spend majority of time on phone consulting and providing advanced technical support to first level computer help centers and other IT professionals.  Will also handle E-Mail account adds, deletes, changes, moves, etc.  Will assist in identifying trends in problems and escalate to other teams and management and proactively develop processes, procedures and documentation to reduce common problems.
Successful candidates will have two years of experience supporting Microsoft Exchange Server 2000, knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, including E-Mail and Calendar functions and basic understanding of Microsoft Windows 2000 Server environment. Should have a basic understanding of dial-up networking systems including: Shiva, UUNet and SecureID.
This is an ongoing assignment with multiyear potential.
