Manager, Business Analysis

Required Qualifications:

 

Bachelor?s degree required; Masters degree preferred; Equivalent business related experience considered.

 

Minimum 8 years experience in Information Technology; minimum 4 years experience in managing technology projects and people.

 

Experienced in structured Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Methodologies.

 

Experience in using project management tools, including Microsoft Project, Project Workbench, etc.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

 

Prior experience in a fast-paced, client-driven Applications Development organization.

 

Proven experience in managing client server based applications development projects.

 

Experience with multiple software applications on various platforms (mainframe, client/server, internet). -Experience in large-scale application development projects as a Project Manager or Project Lead.

 

Experience in implementing and supporting enterprise applications such as Oracle, SAP and Peoplesoft.

 

Applications development experience in a client server environment

 

Knowledge of portal designs and solutions using JAVA technologies

 

Knowledge of Oracle RDBMS and related technologies.

 

Demonstrates the ability to understand technical bugs and issues, and to make suggestions as to improved programming techniques

 

Experienced in following programming standards and methodologies.

 

Experience in Project Management Methodologies.

 

Prior budgetary responsibilities at a project level.

 

Excellent coordination and organizational skills.
