TITLEManager, DTC Program ManagmentJOB DESCRIPTIONProvide program management for the Blueprint DTC implementation project. Manage multiple concurrent project teams through the development life cycle. The SDLC phases include requirements definition, design, build, integration testing, system testing, training support, UAT and go-live cutover.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Responsible for the overall scope, schedule and budget of the DTC implementation
*Provide project and people planning and management for multiple DTC project teams
*Identify business needs, technical solutions, and resource requirements
*Manage and report program status
*Manage program issues/risks and midigation plans
*Participate in vendor negotiations
*Manage projects to aggressive time and dollar constraints
*Work closely and effectively with internal business partners, external consultants, and other IT managers and staff to ensure productive and adaptable working relationships
*Facilitate management initiatives, process improvement, career and staff development and strategic planning within IT to support aggressive business growth
QUALIFICATIONS*At least 10 years experience in managing complex project or program implementation
*Strong knowledge in project planning, tracking, issue/risk management, and reporting
*Experience in resource and people management
*Ability to lead multiple teams and set directions
*Excellent problem solving skills
*Excellent interpersonal skills
*Excellent communication skills - written and oral
*Good organizational skills
*Knowledge of development methodology and new technology
