If you want to be part of a dynamic growing company, then come join our team!  We are currently seeking a Manager, Financial Systems to work in New York City.

The Manager, Financial Systems will lead and execute all aspects of finance/accounting technology. This position will be responsible for system design, implementation, migration, support, enhancements and will work closely with the corporate management to ensure that reporting technology and its capacity are aligned with overall organizational goals.
 
Key Responsibilities:Develop business focused technical solutions using Business Intelligence to in-house customers. Determine customer requirements, project scopes and assist in creating estimates of efforts. Develop and implement applications for customers/users based on identified requirements. Provide implementation, migration/configuration, maintenance and trouble shooting services.  Provide timely and accurate status reports to corporate management and Club management team members. Work closely with Assistant controller to ensure accuracy and reliability of the data in the reports.Work with Club management and other functions to define business requirements relative to finance technology. Coordinate with outside ERP consultants. Assist Assistant Controller in meeting the requirements for outside accountants (external auditors and tax accountants).  Vendor management for hardware, software and consulting services.  Continuously monitor the technology environment and ensure that current reporting capacity will be in line with the Company?s growth.Document system processes, report and system functionality. 

To qualify, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business with a concentration in accounting, finance or MIS related fields along with 5+ years of experience in multiple technology products, which includes system implementation, conversions, training and documentation. In addition, experience with financial consolidations and reporting, month-end close, business analytics, and FPA decision support process/technologies is required. An MBA, CPA, a technical certification and experience with treasury applications is preferred, but not required. Strong knowledge of consolidations, databases, query tools, and business intelligence is mandatory. Candidates must also possess strong multi-tasking, project management, team-work, analytical, communication, and supervisory skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is essential.
