Primary Duties:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

?  Design, implement and maintain a plan to complete IBIS data clean up and data entry goals as defined by IBIS senior management.

?  Daily management of the IBIS data conversion team to deliver quality customer, contact and contract data for all IBIS users.

?  Establish metrics to track progress and resolve issues.  Elevate issues as needed.

?  Implement quality improvements to improve the accuracy of data.

?  Invent processes to improve the throughput and procedures executed by the data conversion team.

?  Direct validation efforts to ensure revised data effectively and efficiently produces accurate billing, revenue, forecasting and fulfillment information.

?  Train data entry and clean up staff (including subject matter experts) on conversion and validation procedures and execution.

?  Craft and maintain documentation on the IBIS business rules specific to conversion and implementation of converted customer, contact and contract data

?  Function as liaison to Contract Management, Financial Analysis and Sales teams to deliver IBIS data needs.

 

Skills, Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience Requirements:

 

?  Education/Job Knowledge

?  Four year college degree required ? advanced degree preferred.

?  Knowledge of contract management, data processing, conversion or data entry operations experience

?  Experience using quality management and quality assurance techniques to improve processes and ensure a superior product.

?  Creative problem solver who is focused on inventing new methods to deliver accuracy and improve quality of the final product.

 

?  Experience

?  8+ years experience in a daily data production or related environment

?  Experience leading and motivating a cross-functional team

?  Ability to act as a liaison with senior management and internal customers at all levels.

?  Experience documenting procedures and business rules.  Able to create user guides and other technical documents.

?  Strong technical aptitude including experience with working in advanced Excel, Access.

?  Experience querying data from relational databases required. Oracle and PeopleSoft user experience preferred.

?  Ability to create and implement technical solutions which will improve quality and accuracy and potentially reduce costs.

?  Project management experience and ability to turn on a dime to adjust priorities and balance short and long term goals.

?  Ability to spot trends and improvement opportunities.
