Manager, IT Web Application Development
Reporting to the Vice President, Application Development, the Manager will be responsible for the following duties: ? Provide direction to all Customer Web Application Development team personnel ? Track and monitor all projects under team control ? Assign personnel to current projects ? Monitor all project costs and schedules Minimum of ten years relevant IT experience, including at least five years in a management role, supervising project managers, business analysts, designers, developers, technical writers and support personnel. Should have had successful experience managing out-sourced projects, including the use of off-shore groups. Experience with Java/Websphere development would be an asset, as would experience working in CMMi Level 2, 3 or higher environments.
