This role will manage HMC's data extraction, transformation and load (ETL) activities, including but not limited to assuring data quality standards, capacity analysis and forecasting, recommending tools and strategies for current and future data flow processes. Management duties include hiring, training, coaching, counseling and evaluating performance of direct reports. Performs other duties as assigned.

BA/BS or equivalent required. 5 + years in-depth training in Computer Science, Business administration or related field required. Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required. Strong tactical planning, organizational, analytical and PC skills required.
