Manager, Operations Systems and Processes/Senior QA Analyst

 

Do you have field experience? Have you interfaced with the IS department on projects for the field? Do you enjoy researching and determining the needs of clients? Do you have project management/implementation experience?

 

The primary responsibility of this position is to work with Field Operations, Information Services and other Corporate Office departments to ensure Operations-initiated projects are successfully implemented. This position will make recommendations on creating and maintaining systems and processes needed to implement both new and current initiatives. Individual will participate in all project plans and lead some project areas. This position will coordinate and manage project-related communications between the corporate office and the field as needed.

 

Essential Functions:  

 
Work with multiple departments and projects to successfully implement new systems and processes to the field.
Participate on multiple system-related projects, including, but not limited to, business requirements, gathering user acceptance, testing, implementation and quality assurance.
Create and manage field communications outlining new initiatives and maintain regular field communication tools as necessary.
Maintain open communication lines with Corporate Office and field personnel.
Interact regularly with the field, Corporate Office and outside vendors to develop and implement projects in the field.
Partner with Education and Training, Information Services, and other Corporate Departments to develop systems to train, motivate, coach, and communicate with field personnel to ensure successful implementation of projects and systems.
Work with multiple departments to develop and maintain appropriate email distribution and rollup change processes.
Monitor and analyze results after each project implementation.
Field calls and emails regarding Operations questions related to appropriate projects.



Experience and Education:

 
Bachelor's degree is required.
4+ years of related job experience required. 
Previous experience working with multi-site units/field operations.
Previous experience writing requirements and conducting user acceptance testing.
Previous experience working on large systems projects deploying to large user base.



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Understanding of project management principles, requirements, interviewing techniques, documentation, and user acceptance.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and email required.
Exceptional organization ability to manage multiple and large-scale projects required.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work diplomatically with all levels of personnel required. Strong meeting, facilitation and presentation skills required.
Demonstrated ability to develop positive interpersonal relationships required.
