Manager, Risk Management Implementation Team

Position Description:

This exempt associate will be responsible for managing and setting strategic directions for the technology priority projects; a team of technical and business analytical experts; meeting with customers to ensure business needs are being met; communicating project status, including delays, to all parties; implementing a Continuous Improvement process to ensure processes; and supporting applications meet business needs.
This associate will be responsible for the systems integration and implementation for Risk, Benefits, Health and Wellness, Retirement Savings and Sustainability.

 

The qualified candidate will have:
? A four year degree in Business or Computer related field, or equivalent work experience
? Three years? of project management experience of varying size and degrees of difficulty
? The ability to work cross-functionally with team mates and customers
? The ability to document a project scope, develop and oversee a project plan, implement an action plan, monitor project status and ensure timely and effective delivery of projects
? The ability to assess project risk and escalate issues as appropriate
? Strong professional written, verbal and presentation skills
? Strong organizational skills

The following qualifications/experience are preferred:
? PMP certification
? The ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
