Manager of Network Engineering

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure technical support requests are processed in a timely manner through Help Desk ticketing system
* Define standards for responses to proposals including requirements gathering, write-ups, network and telecom diagrams, and budgets and presentations
* Maintain budget responsibility over both capital and operating expenses
* Planning for technological infrastructure within the company for both corporate and remote locations
* Documenting and maintaining standard operating processes for networking and telecom
* Design, research, and implement best business practices in the delivery of infrastructure projects
* Establish project objectives, work plans, prioritize workflow, report on accomplishments
* Perform disaster recovery testing of infrastructure and telecom components
* Work closely with Project Management Office to develop project plans
* Provide regular management reports on projects, network infrastructure capacities and performance, and other business related activities to the Director of Technical Services
* Participates in capacity planning, system installations, upgrades, and other maintenance activities for enterprise and departmental systems
* Requires flexible work hours
