Manager of Security Administration Staff

Our client has an immediate need for a Manager of Security Administration Staff.  They will be responsible for day-to-day management of Security Administration staff.

 

Responsibilities Include:

 

*Oversee internal verification that security access has been provisioned accurately

*Develop and optimizes procedures for internal verification of security authorization.

*Coordinate User Access Review activities with Internal and External audit.  Assigns, coordinates and  

  reviews work of staff. 

*Ensure User Access Reviews are completed within designated time frames.  Tracks and reports progress

  to upper management and auditors. 

*Prepare responses to audit findings.

 

Skills Required:

 College degree in Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience5+ years experience in information systems environment. Previous supervisory experience in leading an IS team. Ability to motivate employees, handle difficult employee relations issues and create a culture that supports high employee moraleExperience with developing new work procedures, training staff, and ensuring compliance Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutionsDemonstrated ability to prioritize work load and meet project deadlinesAbility to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisionsExtremely detail orientedStrong customer service focusExcellent oral and written communication skills, including experience making presentations to senior-level management and external clients

 

Skill Desired:

 Familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley and SAS70 audit requirements is desirableKnowledge of mainframe, mid-range and Windows platforms is desirableFamiliarity with health care or PBM industry very helpfulWillingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines
