Manager of Technical Support

 

Job Description

 

We are seeking a top-notch manager to lead our technical support team in challenging issues regarding pre-sales, purchase, downloading, installation, configuration and usage of our network monitoring consumer and business software.

 

This position will act as a senior level of support and take the lead in insuring our team is properly staffed at all times, customer concerns are responded to with a high-level of speed and accuracy, detect patterns that may indicate a required product enhancement and reports to the Director of Product Support.

 

Required Skills

 5 years minimum Windows Domain and Network Administration3 years minimum technical leadership and managementExpertise in Microsoft Windows operating systems 98 thru 2003 ServerDemonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer supportExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skillsDemonstrated ability to schedule, manage and train a diverse team, quickly isolate and escalate difficult issues and follow-upOutstanding documentation skills

 

Required Education

 BA/BS preferably technical Microsoft Certifications a plus
