VHDA is looking for a seasoned mortgage banking professional with diverse information technology and business systems experience.  The Managing Director of Information Technology Services will provide vision and leadership on all ITS processes and functions and provide direction in aligning ITS with the organization?s business objectives.  In depth knowledge of technology and business processes and a cross-functional perspective are essential in this role.  The MDITS will be a part of VHDA?s Executive Team and report to VHDA?s Executive Director.  The MDITS will lead/direct, manage a staff in excess of 50 associates.  The MDITS should have knowledge and/or experience in all aspects of technology and management.

 

Job Requirements:  BA/BS in Business Administration, Information Systems or related field or 10-15 years experience in mortgage banking in a senior IT management role.  10 years directing/leading technology teams in systems planning and function including all phases of design, programming, installation and operations.  Solid communications experience e.g. executive or board presentations and liaison between businesses and technology.  Seasoned project management experience from inception to delivery.
