Manufacturing Applications Analyst

We seek a dynamic, proactive Manufacturing Applications Analyst to lead the deployment and maintenance of all business application solutions including ERP, CRM, QC and all ancillary supporting solutions in a highly interactive, hand-on fashion.

 

In this position you will:

 Interact and collaborate at the management and user level to support both strategic and tactical use of business applications and ensure the highest level of efficiently in transaction processing, information gathering, and reporting. Manage solution provider relationships and outside consultant activities as required.  Provide application help desk support for all business applications including documentation and resolution of issues to maximize institutional knowledge. Standardize communication with the end user community on issues status.  Collaborate with other IT functions responsible for network infrastructure, hardware maintenance and system upgrades to maximize system up time and accessibility to business applications.

 

To be considered, you must have strong communication, interpersonal, business and project management skills.  And you must be able to demonstrate 7-10 years experience supporting the following business applications in a manufacturing environment:

 SQL Database Crystal Reports Cognos Business Intelligence ERP (Syteline preferred) Microsoft Office Suite Web Based Applications

 Degree in business or IT related field preferred.
