Maritime Project Support - PS/Maritime

Candidate will provide the Project Management, oversight, test and evaluation of the US Navy, and USCG development and prototyping of new SIGINT technology.

Candidate will develop, track and maintain program status reports, and evaluate program cost, schedule, and performance measures for government assessment of program execution.

Candidate will function as a key liaison with the services and client offices to coordinate, and track capability requirements, technical issues, and function as an interface with the test planning and evaluation of program deliverables.

Candidate will provide written reports, develop briefs, and aid in development of documents that support program objectives.

Requirements:

Required Skills:
? Prior Naval experience with extensive background in Navy Intelligence analysis.
? Background in project management, SIGINT collection, and test and evaluation processes.
? Experience with the development and evaluation of SIGINT requirements.
? An understanding of the roles of tactical to national interchange and processes.
? Experience in conducting evaluation of capabilities to meet customer needs.
? Must be accomplished at conducting, arranging, and presenting the results of research.

Desired Skills:
? Experience in architecture planning, and development
? An understanding of shipboard installation planning and execution.

Desired Attributes:
? Experience in shipboard SIGINT operations.
? Must be able to relate to people in the analytic field.
? A background in training is desirable.

Minimum Requirements:
? Experience in working with Naval personnel is a must.
