Essential Job Duties:

Seeking a highly motivated individual to be a member of the E&P Systems Site Support Team. The person will be responsible for providing Tier 1 & 2 Maximo support to clients throughout (client) worldwide. This position requires understanding of the Maximo application and how it integrates with other systems and maintenance processes.

 

 

Required Qualifications:

? Strong background in troubleshooting and supporting applications
? 3+ years Experience with Maximo
? 8+ years industry experience
? Experience with Maximo Version 4.1, 5.1, 5.2, and BEA Weblogic 7.0
? Experience with Actuate Report Writer and Actuate Application Administration, Version 6.0.
? Experience with SQL Plus and SQR Language
? Strong Interpersonal skills
? Ability to effectively communicate and establish positive relationships with customers and team members
? Strong work ethic - willing to take on challenges and go the extra mile
? Good planning and organizational skills
? Very high business awareness and clear focus on results delivery
? Demonstrable strong creative skills and a willingness to learn
? Good Written Communication Skills

 

Additional Desired Qualifications:

? 4 year CS/MIS degree
? Knowledge of maintenance processes
? Understanding of Help Desk processes
