Merced Site Manager (3443)

Job Description: Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions and is searching for a Site Manager in support of the delivery of IT services to our client's hospitals in the California, Arizona, and Nevada area.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

Travel throughout the healthcare system to serve either as an interim site manager where there is a vacancy or provide additional support to a site manager with critical deliverables. Responsibilities to include the following:

Work with Enterprise support teams to ensure the quality delivery of IT services.

Manage the customer relationship and participate with client executives/staff to implement standard technologies that align the facilities with the client's strategies.

Function as a liaison between PSC and the client's customer departments to resolve complex and/or sensitive problems.

Participate as required in PSC standard processes to plan, approve, prioritize, fund and manage IT projects aligned with the client's strategic goals, facility business requirements and standardization efforts.

Review facility's performance against service level commitments and objectives, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement approved plans/processes to achieve improvements.

Ensure the timely processing of purchases and invoice payments.

Prepare progress reports and planning documents as required by contractual agreements and in accordance with PSC policies and standards regulatory environment.

Required Skills:

Experience and ability to lead teams/associates that don't report directly to this position.

5 plus years of experience in healthcare operations within an acute care environment.

Experience in project management, business planning, budgeting and performance monitoring disciplines.

Knowledge of technology environments for acute-care and Central Business office operations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills:

Project Management

Knowledge of HIPAA security and confidentiality regulations and mitigation strategies.

Strategic Planning, coordinating I.T. vision with Hospital Clinical and Business Strategies.
