Job Description: CRM Administrator

 
Coordinate changes to Microsoft CRM 3.0, test and implement the database applying knowledge of database management systems.

 

? Customize and tailor the sales and services process within the MSCRM continually, as needs arise.

 
Create customized reports to extract database information.

 
Test database, correct errors and make necessary modifications.

 
Monitor regional compliance and reinforce correct data entry among the regions.

 
Approve, schedule, plan, and supervise the installation and testing of new products and improvements to the CRM database.
Identify and evaluate industry trends in CRM database systems to serve as a source of information and advice for upper management.
Train users and answer questions.

 

 

Education & Experience needed:

 

Education:

 

Bachelor degree

 

Experience within:

 
Microsoft SQL
Visual Studio
Javascript
.Net
Preferably 2 yrs. Experience within databases
