Microsoft CRM Implementation Consultant

We are in search of implementation consultants who will be fully dedicated to implementing Microsoft CRM and keeping up to date with the rapid new enhancements delivered by Microsoft.

The ideal candidate will have the following traits:

? Minimum 5 years business experience
? Minimum 4 years CRM experience
? Strong communication skills
? Strong project management abilities and experience

This position requires some regional travel. The consultant?s role is to provide experience and advice and to lead successful implementations. His/her responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

? Analyzing clients? business requirements
? Installing and configuring Microsoft CRM
? Defining client requirements and developing business processes for use with Microsoft CRM
? Providing end user training
? Developing and writing reports for Microsoft CRM using SQL Reporting Services
? Building relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor

The implementation consultant must have excellent verbal, presentation and communication skills and must be able to work in a team environment.
