Mid-level J2EE Developer (Struts/Oracle)

HCS Systems is currentlyu looking for a J2EE Developer to assist in the development of a major Financial Application for our client, UNC. Under the guidance of the project leader,they will perform assigned tasks which will be primarily development tasks using J2EE, Struts, Oracle, HTML, JavaScript. Depending on the skill level of the selected candidate, architecture and OO design skills could be used. The system being developed will possibly use Hibernate to interact with the database, so skills with O/R Mapping tools would also be beneficial.

Required:
J2EE - at least 4 yrs
Struts - at least 2 years, with versions 1.2.x Oracle database - at least 2 years, versions 9i and/or 10g HTML and JavaScript - 4 yrs

XML/XSLT
Hibernate
Database Design
Java/OO architecture
DHTML, AJAX

 

This is an immediate opportunity and we will be phone interviewing August 14-15th and then scheduling in-person interviews later in the week with the hiring manager.This project is initially 6 months but could go longer.  As an employee, you have the ability to come on board with HCS Systems in a salaried and fully benefited capacity.
