MTC Technologies is pleased to announce an opening for a Mission Manager - Flight Dispatch Operations supporting our operations at Hickam AFB in Hawaii MTC will be seeking to expand its operations at the Pacific Air Command Air Mobility Division (AMD). AMD serves as a vital link for PACAF air mobility operations supporting command and control for Air Force functions both in peace time and crisis.

Mission Manager
This position supports 24/7 operations and also the C2 lead of the PAOC AMD Mission Execution Team that will coordinate with the AMD Sr. Director with military C2 information and solutions. While the PAOC AMD contract does not specify a required license, the possession of an FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate enables the Mission Manager to share en-route operational control responsibilities with the Flight Dispatcher and enables mutually supporting cross-functional utilization of both positions. Duties Include:
Function as the PAOC AMD C2 manager for all missions in the execution stage.
Serve as CORE AMD C2 Technician as part of the AMCT
Shares responsibility with the Flight Manager to monitor and track status of aircraft for air mobility and aeromedical flights in the PACAF Area of Responsibility (AOR)
Crew alerting procedures in accordance with PACAF Instruction 10-207
Provide Flight Controller functionality as described in AFI11-255V3
Provide aircraft status information to PACAF command control agencies
Coordinate re-routings and diversions with support agencies
During 'out of the ordinary' operations, the Mission Manager will monitor other databases/ systems and support the Flight Dispatcher as necessary for mission completion.
Develops, interprets, proposes, and executes courses of action based on developing world/PACAF events, utilizing contractor checklists, experience, and judgment

Qualification Guidelines:
Valid FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate
2 years as flight dispatcher with commercial air carriers or military air operations center or equivalent DOD experience
Minimum of 2 years of college or equivalent
Preferred Experience: 5 Years, Bachelors Degree Plus above criteria
