Mobile Products Analyst (ITI)

Within the Product Management and Engineering function of ITI's (IT Infrastructure) Connectivity Services, the Product Analyst will play both a strategic as well as tactical function in managing the lifecycle of Mobile Services. This involves developing new products, improving existing products, financials, client relationship management, project management, and product strategy formulations. Responsibilities would include but not lbe imited to business case preparation, requirements gathering, service monitoring (SLAs/KPIs/financial performance), roadmap preparation, project sign-offs, leading product working groups with customers, and communications within and outside of ITI.

Basic Qualifications
5 years or more of product management or related experience in multi-national and complex organizations in mobile/voice/networking/applications.

* Appreciation of the issues in managing the lifecycle of network services/products. Demonstrated experience in gathering requirements. (Relevant experience includes performing competitive analysis, understanding strategy, and researching user needs.)

* Ability to work in a matrix environment and within teams

* Strong organizational skills

* Verbal communication and presentation skills

* Experience of or familiarity with business issues

* Previous experience in financial services' network organization, a plus

* Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience

* Domain expertise in mobile telephony services required
