We have the following exciting new opportunity in Stafford, Virginia. OSEC is searching for a Multimedia Graphic Artist to work with a team of programmers and instructional designers to develop interactive applications in a Flash environment using an established design and work flow protocol. Responsible for creating user interfaces, supporting graphics, animations, and packaging design for a variety of multimedia products using the most current multimedia/web development software applications to include Macromedia Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Dreamweaver, operate hardware associated with multimedia development (digital camera, video camcorder, CD duplicator).

Requirements:
.Knowledge of current web and web design technologies (Section 508, SCORM)
.Knowledge of current web and web design software, including Macromedia Flash, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Dreamweaver
.Ability to contribute timely, creative, valuable input into project strategies and creatively problem-solve.
.Ability to quickly learn and familiarize with project-specific design protocols.
.Must be prompt in communicating, and have solid communication skills.
.Ideally the candidate will also have knowledge of Submarine On-board Training (SOBT) processes and procedures, Actionscripting, HTML development, 3-D modeling and animation or video production.
