Customer Focused Security Engineering Manager:

The Security Engineering Manager is responsible for directing, managing, planning, organizing, and implementing departmental goals and objectives designed to provide a single point of contact for first and second level problem management reporting, ticket queue management and router/IDS device support. The manager will develop and implement customer services strategies and technologies which optimize the cost effectiveness and reliability of the engineering resources.

* Directs internal customer service to insure service levels are adhered to, by meeting and exceeding first and second level problem resolution, and utilizing network management tools to detect and diagnose problems, in a 24X7 environment.

Security Research Analyst

Research and analyze vulnerabilities daily, as they are published by the security community (OSVDB). Reviews the development, testing, and implementation of security plans, products, and control techniques. Maintains an awareness of bank security policies and government regulations pertaining to information security. Identifies regulatory changes that will affect information security policy, standards, and procedures and recommends appropriate changes. Directs less experienced staff.

* Research and analyze vulnerabilities daily, as they are published by the security community (OSVDB).

* Review IDS and or firewall signature/rule sets and make recommendations for improvement.

Security Analyst Level III
The Security Analyst Level III will be responsible for providing an escalation point for the analysis and review of alerts/threats, and guidance with IDS monitoring, signature maintenance and development.

* Interact with other analysts, developers, and clients to analyze and investigate malicious activity occurring at customer sites.

* Suggest and implement product improvements to help detect, classify, investigate, and mitigate emerging security threats.

Security Engineer Level II
The Security Engineer Level III will be responsible for the providing configuration, support and maintenance to ensure continuous availability of secured network services to both internal and external global customers.

* Expert understanding of security technologies including Firewalls, VPN, Intrusion Detection/Prevention

* Demonstrated proficiency (via certification and/or extensive experience) with one or more of the following security products: Fortinet, Firewall-1, PIX, Snort/Sourcefire, Checkpoint, Proventia, Manhunt, Cisco IDS, CSA, Entercept, etc.
