Multiple Positions - Mid Level to Senior Level Network Engineers

Participate as a member of the infrastructure engineering team providing technical support and developing solutions for complex network environments.  Work in a fast paced, dynamic environment where technology experience and customer service skills will be challenged on a daily basis.  Work with leading edge technologies and large scale infrastructure architectures.

 

Must be able to work independently to troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, identify and isolate technical issues, and work in a collaborative effort with other team members as necessary to quickly and effectively resolve technical issues and provide timely status and progress reporting to customers.  Must be willing to take ownership of the issue analysis and resolution efforts and commit to ?doing what it takes? to resolve technical issues regardless of the effort or timeframe required.

 

Experience and Skills

 

4+ years overall experience with at least the last 1 ? years focused on providing technical support across a broad range of networking technologies and topologies including:

 LAN/WANRouting and switching technologies and devicesLoad balancersFirewallsVirtual Private Network (VPN)Windows operating systemsNetwork management tools

 

Requires experience with installation, configuration and troubleshooting of routers and switches. Must have knowledge of security controls, firewalls (e.g., Cisco PIX 500, Cisco IOS, and CAT OS) and related technologies and be able to analyze and troubleshoot connectivity issues.  Need experience in analyzing and resolving technical issues related to routing protocols (e.g., EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), LAN technologies (Ethernet, VLAN), and WAN technologies (Frame Relay, TI, DS3).
