.NET Lead Developer

A premier customer is searching for a very strong .NET Lead Developer with the command of such skills (especially C# and ASP), XML, CSS, IIS, and possibly Sharepoint for a full time position. 

Leadership skills are important, and excellent communication skills are essential

Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including coding, testing, debugging, and documenting on large-scale complex projects.  Relies on experience and judgement to perform the functions of the job.  A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.  Technical and team leadership skills are a key part of this role.

 

DevelopmentCollaboration with business analysts, and users to facilitate effective implementation of requirements.Coding for maintenance of existing systemsCoding of new systemsTest dataset research and preparation for unit and system integration testing.Perform unit testing and integrated system testing.Performs data analysis as it pertains to testing scenarios and problem troubleshooting.Adhere to Standardized Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with levels that meet or exceed company support expectations.  May be required to assist in maintaining the company?s web/application servers.Provide reliable estimates for tasks and activities under his/her control.  In addition should be able to provide reliable estimates for others on the team.Reads appropriate technical journals, attends appropriate conferences and seminars, and participates in appropriate professional associations.Analyze user specificationsPerform design or tasks and create technical specifications on large-scale complex projects.Software and process design to meet business requirements on large-scale complex project.

 

 

Job Requirement

Education - College graduate with Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field with concentration in Information Systems/Sciences is preferred

 

Knowledge and ExperienceMinimum of 7 years of related work experience is required.Knowledge of ASP.net, XML, VB.netWorking knowledge of Windows 2000, Windows NT Server, and IIS4+ year experience with SQL Server queries and stored procedures.Knowledge of Biztalk is preferredKnowledge of MSMQ is requiredStrong understanding of object oriented design and programming.A self-motivator that plans and manages time well; ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects concurrently.Excellent oral and written communications.
