.NET Senior Developer

We are seeking a hands-on Senior .NET Developer for our Bryn Mawr, PA headquarters.

Job description:

The successful candidate must have ten years of experience with Microsoft technologies, at least four years as a Senior .NET Developer and three years as technical lead on development teams. The candidate should be experienced in developing object-oriented database-driven applications, both client server and web based. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient with Microsoft SQL Server including database design and stored procedures.

 

The candidate must have prior experience delivering custom applications plus experience preparing business requirements, performing analysis and design, and writing technical specification documentation.

 

* BS degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is required.

* Technical leadership and business requirements analysis.

* Demonstrated knowledge in .NET architecture and development.

* Professional experience with Application-level development using VB.NET, ASP.NET, ASP, HTML, DHTML, Web Services, JavaScript, VB Script, XML, SQL, and IIS preferred.

* Extensive SQL Server database experience including database design and optimization and application development using stored procedures.

* Experienced with application testing software.

* Hands-on software troubleshooting experience.

* Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.

* Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Adept at conducting research into software-related issues and products.

* Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.

* Strong written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent customer service skills.

* Highly logical, self motivated and directed.

* Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws

* Keen attention to detail.
