NM- Help Desk I

The Kemtah Group, Inc. is a National Information Technology Firm that Specializes in IT Infrastructure Support and Services. We are seeking a Help Desk Agent Level I for the Albuquerque, NM area. The hourly pay rate is

$14.50-$16.50 an hour depending on experience.

 

The primary responsibility of the Help Desk Technician ? Level I is to provide basic over-the-phone computer end-user support, dispatch service requests, and issues to appropriate points of contact defined with in the IT support organization.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualified Candidates must have the following:

 

- Must have a minimum of one or more years of experience as a help desk and/or desktop support in a heterogeneous, networked computing environment which may include experience with hardware vendors.

-Solid experience supporting Windows 2000/XP

-Solid PC Hardware Experience

-Experience supporting MS Office Suite.

-Customer Service Skills is a must!

-Customer Service background; professional demeanor and dress.

-A degree or education in a computer-related field may be substituted for experience.

-Must have or be able to obtain an ?L? clearance which usually requires U.S. citizenship.
