CITY: Burbank STATE: California COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
*Responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining stand-alone and multi-tiered applications in support of WMC Mortgage business requirements.
*Development involves all logical tiers, including web-based GUI, business logic components, database design/development and web service architecture.
*Must work with end users and IT staff to collect requirements, document functional specifications, and design, code, test, debug, and document resulting application.
*Must provide project status reports on applications in development. *Responsible for creating and maintaining system documentation/user guides and providing continuing maintenance on production applications.
*Provide support for WMC strategies and initiatives to include cross-functional and operational productivity enablers.
*Review existing technology applications, identify opportunities and implement solutions.
*Mentor and share knowledge with WMC IT staff.

Qualifications/Requirements:
*2+ years in web or Windows development including experience with XML, XSLT, HTML, C# OR VB.net.
*2+ years with web services and MSMQ
*2+ Years experience in programming, - XML, VB, C++/C#, OOP, and .net.
*Self-Motivated: able to work independently as well as collaborate with team members.
*Ability to multi-task in a rapidly changing, deadline driven environment.
*Strong analytical, organizational, project mgmt. & problem solving skills.
*Ability to translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications
*Excellent written and verbal skills

Desired:
*BS degree in Information Technology
*2 + years experience in web server architecture. (Microsoft experience a must).
*Fortune 500 E-Commerce Application Development & Delivery
*Proficient in use of XML & XLST
