Required skills:
Healthcare background a must
Knowledge of an event taking place, claim being generated, processed, and then paid
Full life cycle of a claim (edits, audits, and process code knowledge a plus).
Must be able to sit in a Requirements Validation (RV) session and understand what is going on. If they understand the Unix and HC, they can get the C.
Inquiries from recent graduates or 1-2 year candidates are accepted.
If they have Medicaid experience that is a big plus, because they can test and validate requirements.
