Network Analyst (VOIP)

Watkins Motor Lines currently has an excellent career opportunity for a Network Analyst at our corporate offices in Lakeland, FL.

**Seeking candidates with VOIP experience and Cisco IP Telephony**

Responsibilities:
 Remote Terminal (Wired & Wireless) Telephone Support
 PBX Administration, Maintenance and Support
 IVR and Call Center Support
 Voice Mail Support
 Quality of Service Networking for VOIP

Qualifications:
 2 year Technical degree
 Must have a minimum of 2 years of direct experience
 Cisco Router / Switch IOS support
 TCP/IP Protocol Suite Support 
 Experience with a Cisco IP Telephony and Voice Over IP solution with tight integration to a Call  Center environment and remote phones 
 OSI Model (Layers 1, 2 & 3) Network Troubleshooting
 Microsoft Windows Networking 
 Cisco Call Manager, IPCC Express and Unity Voice Mail


 Some Travel Required (25%). Also, must have the ability to work some off-shift hours to facilitate product upgrades


Preferred:
Bachelors degree
5 years of direct experience
