We are experiencing exciting growth and currently seeking Network Engineers with strong IP telephony implementation skills to expand our team. We are looking for individuals with both the technical aptitude and consultative, collaborative attitude who are driven for excellence. This position requires experience and expertise for design, implementation, and integration support and documentation for Cisco IP phone solutions including:web interface support for users to program their own phone features Softphone and desktop support for laptops Call Manager features to document and support locations on an as needed basis for feature changes.

 

Essential Experience and/or Qualifications:3+ years of direct experience in IP Telephony at the enterprise level 4 or more years of knowledge and hands on experience in a Microsoft NT/2000/2003 environment 2 or more years in a VoIP environment (Cisco products preferred) Knowledge of PSTN Networks

 

Knowledge of implementing IP Telephony Systems Hands-on experience with the following:Cisco?s Call Manager 4.x Integration of Call Manager with Cisco Voice Gateways QoS and Cisco Switch Family configurations Unified Messaging Architecture and Integration MS-2003 Exchange Unity Architecture and its integration with the Call Manager and the Exchange System Proven skill in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements such as Dial Plan and Voice features required to contribute to the design of an IPT solution Must have good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Access Must have strong client-facing skills - assertiveness, strong communications skills, leadership, self-starter, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills

 

Desirable:Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert or additional Cisco certifications are a plus Security related certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISA) are a plus
