Network Engineering Manager

As a recognized leader in the staffing industry, Kelly Engineering is in search of an experienced and highly motivated individual as a Network Engineering Manager for a large international shipping and brokerage company. This is a direct hire, full-time employee position. Responsible for managing design, implementation, and support for network facilities at Portsmouth, VA location, including creation of IT strategy to maintain and enhance Network Infrastructure, monitor daily processes, prepare and administer spending and expense budgets, implement and ensure that network security systems are in compliance with security policies, update management on progress and planned initiatives, implement 'best practices' operations, and implement processes to support North American and Global IT initiatives. Requires BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Project Management and staff development. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
