Corporate office of Triad medical services firm has a vacancy for a Network Information Technology Professional.

Responsibilities include providing professional and responsive service to end users of information technology and systems through comprehensive, ongoing training and timely response to desktop support issues.

Qualifications include a Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, and a minimum of three (3) years Network IT Support with multiple users, and proficiency with the following operating systems, applications and technologies

- Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional

- Microsoft Windows XP Professional

- Microsoft Windows Server 2000/2003

- Microsoft Active Directory

- Microsoft Office Suite (all versions)

- TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, ICMP, HTTP, FTP, Ethernet

- IBM-compatible PC hardware and peripherals

Knowledge of Microsoft Access and database theory is preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to function in a support capacity with minimal supervision that is consistent with departmental goals.
