From mainframes to Wintel, we help plan, design and implement technical architectures and infrastructure. Likewise, we provide networking and telecommunications services such as internetworking strategy, architecture, voice-over-internet-protocol (VoIP), sourcing, assessments, network design, implementations and operational support for our enterprise and service provider clients. Both groups also provide pre-packaged solutions in support of IT optimization, including consolidation, simplification sourcing or rationalization.

Senior Managers will manage and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions and technology solutions for large companies. Senior Managers are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:?
- Engagement
Management:? managing engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, managing accounts receivable, defines deliverable content, ensures buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.?
- Business Development: develops and maintains contact with top decision makers at key clients, organizes and leads pursuit teams, participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process, contributes to proposal pricing strategy.
- Practice Development & Eminence: development of solutions and methodologies, development of "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.
- People Development: performs role of counselor and coach, provides input and guidance into the firms staffing process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities.
Currently our Architecture and Infrastructure practice is expanding to meet our clients' demands. We are strategically adding Senior
Managers with the following experience:

8?or more years hands-on technology architecture experience, preferably in a large consulting environment in one of the two areas below - Consolidation OR Network Infrastructure including VOIP
?
CONSOLIDATION EXPERIENCE IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING AREAS:
- Application Consolidation ( SAP, PeopleSoft, Siebel, O/O or custom)
- Server Consolidation (SUN, HP, Intel, Linux or Mainframe systems)
- Data Consolidation (Oracle, DB2)
- Storage Consolidation (EMC, HDS, SUN, HP, IBM)
- Infrastructure Consolidation (Netegrity, LDAP)
- Networking Consolidation (Cisco, F5, Foundry)
OR
?
NETWORK INFRASTRUCTURE AND VOIP:
- Hands-on technical skills in 2 or more of the following areas: application architecture; UNIX system administration; enterprise storage/SAN architecture; security architecture; enterprise system management architecture; middleware architecture; database administration; consolidation experience
(applications, servers, data, storage, infrastructure, network)
- Strong VOIP design and delivery experience along with a background in Network Architecture and design, Wireless and mobility and experience implementing RFID.
In addition, candidates must have:
- Demonstrated experience with leading technical projects (3-6 people team)
- Demonstrated consulting skills (i.e. proposal development, technology integration/delivery, client-interface, business development, etc.)
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical people at all levels
An advanced degree or MBA is preferred. University degree required.
