Network Management Customization Developer

The candidate will be responsible for developing designs and queries to appropriately aggregate and store collected data (e.g., NetFlow, cFlowd) from Internet Protocol (IP) networks (e.g., SIPRNET, NIPRNET) and related data sources (e.g., eHealth, unique data bases, IP router (e.g., Cisco/Juniper) configuration files). Design and develop means to collect data from various commercial or internal applications (e.g., eHealth, customer application data bases). Develop ease-of-use enhancements to enable others to replicate new processes. Exploit modern productivity tools and processes to integrate available applications, rather develop extensive programming of new applications.

Applicant selected will be subject to obtaining an active government secret security clearance or provide proof of an active government security clearance and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Experience and/or education and training in UNIX and NT programming to include Perl, C, ASP, HTML, SQL, Windows, DOS, and off-the-shelf software. Experience with data networks (IP/ATM), network protocols, routing and performance measuring capabilities. Knowledge of information technology systems such as servers, networks, security and supporting peripherals. Experience with information presentation techniques to include web servers, web pages and web site administration and control, and use of HTML, XML, URL, Forms and the presentation of data in a user-friendly manner.

Candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.  Candidates with active Secret clearances are strongly preferred.
